Minaya Learning Global Solutions adds Learning and Development Manager
Minaya Learning Global Solutions (MLGS) is proud to announce the addition of Paloma A. Minaya to the Southwest Florida-based firm as Learning and Development Manager.
She has a background as an instructional designer and developer and will serve as a manager of dual shore design and development teams for global clients and partners of MLGS.
She has worked with large multinational companies in the financial services, defense, legal, manufacturing, government, pharmaceutical, insurance and telecom industries, developing instructional design solutions to improve workforce performance for technical job skills, soft-skills, compliance and leadership.
Paloma graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and a minor in Spanish. She is a published blogger on current corporate learning and development trends and her posts have attracted the attention of higher education universities, including the University of Southern California, which leverages her online content in one of their courses. Prior to her career in corporate education and training, Paloma was a fourth-grade teacher at RCMA’s Immokalee Community School.
