Our Process

Our initial discussions help identify the organizational goals and manner in which our clients want to leverage the Learning Strategist – independently or as part of the broader Learning and Development team.

Depending upon the scope and complexity of the learning strategy it can take anywhere from two weeks to three months. The outcome is the Learning Strategy, which is a roadmap with recommendations that address the gaps, impacts, change management, issues/constraints, competency alignment, job mapping, support model, governance, visual themes, a high level curriculum roadmap, a high level design document, modalities, delivery approach and metrics and evaluation strategy, timelines and an initial project plan.
