This year, Minaya Learning Global Solutions is celebrating a decade of worldwide service. In response to our continued growth and the demand for corporate education and development services around the globe, we are happy to announce the launch of our new blog!

Although we do business all over the world, we always honor our deep Southwest Florida roots and our connection to the people, businesses and causes in our close-knit community. This blog is intended to serve as a valuable community resource to support leadership development, learning strategies, employee performance and improve business results.

What we do

We provide training, job skills and leadership development training to large regional and Fortune 500 companies and higher education institutions. Our team offers expertise in industries including telecommunications, technology, energy, sales, leadership consulting, medical device manufacturing, financial services, utilities, insurance and the non-profit sector.

How we give back

As a minority-owned business, we maintain a talent network of more than 250 educational professional services contractors across the globe. We also assist internship programs with a focus on diversity to help set up young professionals with the right kind of technology background needed to further their careers.

Whether it’s strategic planning, resourcing, or technology infrastructure, our broad experience is what sets us apart. We look forward to sharing these resources with you, so be sure to check back regularly for updates!

For more information, join us at our open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 18 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at 4645 SE 11th Pl. in Cape Coral.
